Taking the first step is often the bravest. I am here to support you as you embark on this courageous journey.

How I can help

At the core of my therapeutic work lies a deep belief in the transformative potential of relationships—both past and present—as vehicles for growth, insight, and healing. I attend closely to the unconscious patterns, attachment dynamics, and internalized relational templates that often shape our emotional lives and interpersonal struggles.

My primary focus is working with adult individuals and couples navigating the complexities of romantic relationships, family dynamics, and the often-unseen wounds carried from early relational experiences. Whether you find yourself repeating painful cycles, struggling with intimacy or trust, or feeling burdened by unresolved familial conflict, our work together will explore how these patterns may have originated and how they continue to manifest in your present relationships.

I help clients access deeper layers of self-understanding—bringing into awareness the internalized voices, defenses, and unmet needs that have long operated in the background. Through a process of exploration, attunement, and therapeutic containment, we will work to integrate these parts, foster more authentic connections, and create the possibility for new relational experiences—both within the therapeutic relationship and beyond.
